Snoop is a handy desktop utility which will snoop on any window open within the desktop.

It's a useful little application for programmers or developers who want a quick, interactive way of monitoring window handles and icon flags. Snoop will display the window handle, icon handle and icon flags of any icon underneath the pointer.

In addition, the mouse coordinates and Next slot size are also displayed.
