In order to keep alive the pioneering research of Gerald Hawkins, I've dug out some of the original notes and articles he shared with me. Below is a scan of his original, annoted article that he submitted for publication in the Cosmos Journal of Emerging Issues in 1992.
On discovering my own research, he wrote to me in 1994 and we kept in touch until his death in May 2003. I hope to continue his research.
